Dr Crilly is a CASA Australia Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME). He has an Australian Certificate of Civil Aviation Medicine (Monash).
Please contact our reception staff to make a booking for your medical. For CASA Australia, you are required to apply online through the My CASA website before making your appointment.
The doctor is unable to commence or complete your aviation medical unless you have completed your online questionnaire.
